Here's the Plan: 3 Simple Steps for Success

1.  Call Us at 816-472-5515 and talk to a Real Person.  We will guide you through the process.

  • One of our experienced Account Managers will help you decide on the right product, package, and labeling.
  • Your Design Team will layout labeling and packaging to your needs, or you can provide your own artwork for labeling.
  • We will send you everything for approval before we begin.
  • If you require custom formulation or development, we will discuss that process separately.

2.  Set up an Account.  Customer Service will help you with the simple paperwork.

  • The forms include an Account Setup Form, a Credit Application (if you would like credit terms), and a Sales Tax Exempt Form.
  • These can all be emailed, or faxed for your convenience.

3.  Order what you need, and be assured in our quality, service, and follow up.

  • Send an order by email, phone, or fax, and we will confirm back with ship date within 24 hours.
  • Your product will be made and packaged to your specifications, and will undergo rigorous quality control inspections prior to shipment.
  • We will ship your product as you prefer, or by the best method available given the circumstances.
  • Invoices will be mailed, emailed, or faxed per your specification, within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Your account manager will call you in a week or so to ensure your satisfaction with your product.
